counseling services for individuals, couples, and families

Therapy is a process that takes time. It starts with clients understanding their story through the lens of attachment and how early adaptions show up both as powerful solutions and frustrating obstacles.

Growth occurs as clients reprocess those adaptations and open new pathways to new healthy ways of living and relating to others.
