Meet Stacy
Stacy had a long corporate career that ultimately left her feeling unseen, unappreciated, and uninspired. She desired close relationships and inspiring work but felt lost in how to cultivate them. It was through her own therapy that Stacy healed the pain that was blocking her from living the life she desired and having a deeper connection with others.
Ironically her love for supporting others in their healing, and passion for the science that supports it, started with her love of dogs. After her corporate career she volunteered as a dog trainer in a prison service dog program. Through this experience she was introduced to neuroscience and how our life experiences, especially our early ones, create powerful adaptations for the way we navigate life. This ultimately led her to the counseling community as she trained therapy dogs to work side-by-side with therapists. This inspired her to go back to graduate school for a second Master’s degree, this one in Marriage and Family Therapy to become a therapist herself.
She has a genuine passion for helping others navigate their way to healing and cultivating the life they want.
